Targeting inflammatory pathways
The research works towards a better understanding of the molecular pathways involved in immune response in human inflammatory pathologies and infectious diseases. Specifically, it studies the role of certain mediators of inflammation called cytokines, or the cellular processes in autoimmune, inflammatory disorders.
